London Style Fish and Chips




2 rectangular slices of fish fillet (150 -200 grams each). Croaker fish it's a good option. Croaker fish benefits are really high and it's very tasty.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Eggs.
  • 50 grams of wheat flour.
  • 10 grams of chopped parsley.
  • 50-100 Ml lime juice.
  • Slat (to taste).
  • Pepper (to taste).
  • 2 rectangular slices of fish fillet (150 -200 grams each).
  • French fries (as per quantity required).
  • Bread crumbs.
Preparation:
  • Take the eggs and wheat flour and lime juice and beat it till it becomes thick then add the chopped parsley and salt and pepper.
  • Marinate the fish overnight (or for 10 minutes if in a hurry).
  • Crumb the fish and deep fry it.
  • Do the same with French fries and serve hot.
