Kipper Toasts


Ingredients:
- 2 Slices wholemeal toast.
- 2 Cooked kipper fillets.
- 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese.
- 1 Tablespoon cream.
- Worcestershire sauce.
- Black pepper.
Preparation:
- Butter two slices wholemeal toast.
- Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
- Mash two cooked kipper fillets with a cupful of grated cheddar, a pinch of cream, some black pepper.
- Pile onto the toast and grill for a couple of minutes.
