Kipper Toasts




Ingredients:
  • 2 Slices wholemeal toast.
  • 2 Cooked kipper fillets.
  • 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese.
  • 1 Tablespoon cream.
  • Worcestershire sauce.
  • Black pepper.
Preparation:
  • Butter two slices wholemeal toast.
  • Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
  • Mash two cooked kipper fillets with a cupful of grated cheddar, a pinch of cream, some black pepper.
  • Pile onto the toast and grill for a couple of minutes.
