London Style Fish and Chips


Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs.
- 50 grams of wheat flour.
- 10 grams of chopped parsley.
- 50-100 Ml lime juice.
- Slat (to taste).
- Pepper (to taste).
- 2 rectangular slices of fish fillet (150 -200 grams each).
- French fries (as per quantity required).
- Bread crumbs.
Preparation:
- Take the eggs and wheat flour and lime juice and beat it till it becomes thick then add the chopped parsley and salt and pepper.
- Marinate the fish overnight (or for 10 minutes if in a hurry).
- Crumb the fish and deep fry it.
- Do the same with French fries and serve hot.
