Blackberry Bread and Butter Pudding


Ingredients:
- 4 Slices white bread (Crusts removed).
- 230 grams blackberries.
- Brown sugar.
- Cognac.
- Double cream.
- Butter.
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Generously butter four slices white bread (crusts removed).
- Lay half the bread in a shallow baking dish.
- Cover with half a pound of blackberries and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Cover with the remaining bread, buttered side up.
- Dust with more sugar and a splash of cognac.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Drizzle with double cream.
